Our goal in the Aviator design is to offer maximum comfort for long flights and a unique appearance that enhances the look of the interior.
The backrest consists of a new aluminum frame that is fully enclosed by the seat cover like an automotive seat. The unique design of the frame moves the pilots shoulders back slightly. Foam padding provides a slightly wider backrest for the pilot and padding near the passenger's knees. A rear pocket also provides storage for the backseat passenger. Both front and rear backrests are designed with a built-in lumbar support. As with all of our seat cushions, confor foam is used to provide maximum support and comfort.
You may personalize your seats with your choice of leather and cloth colors, insert designs, optional embroidery and optional headrests.
Additional Options
All Visco Elastic Foam - $340
Our Aviator seats are normally made using a combination of flexible urethane foam and visco elastic foam (sometimes called memory foam). With this option, all parts are made out of visco elastic foam. Customers selecting this option are mainly looking for an increase in impact protection. There won't be a noticeable difference in seat comfort. Also, this option adds about 2.8 lbs. for a pair of seats.
Riser Cushions
Risers are used for additional seat height. The seat package includes 1 front Riser.
