The specifications and construction are the same for all of our carpets with the exception of the front carpet. The front carpet includes closed cell foam pieces that are glued to the underside of the carpet. These serve two purposes. They allow the carpet to lay flat over the floor stiffeners, and they also deaden the sound from the engine and exhaust. These foam pieces and the velcro loop material that is glued to them are precision cut with a computerized water jet cutter. For more detail on the construction of the front carpet see the diagram above or click here.

All of our carpet pieces have continuous velcro loop material on the underside to allow them to be easily secured with velcro hook in any position.

All carpets and backing materials meet the FAA flammability requirements specified under FAR 25.853 (a) Appendix F Part 1 (a)(1)(ii).
